What injuries does urgent care cover?

Accidents can happen at any time, whether you’re walking down a flight of stairs or swinging it out on the tennis courts. If you sustain an injury that produces pain and swelling, it’s always a good idea to seek medical help in order to avoid longer-term problems down the road. Are workers’ comp injuries covered?

The orthopedic doctors accept workers’ compensation injuries as long as you have been approved in advance by an adjuster. If you have questions, call the office and one of our friendly staff members can help.

Which diagnostic tools are available?

Restore Orthopedics and Spine Center is equipped with all the necessary diagnostic tools to provide a full evaluation of your injury or problem, including advanced imaging, such as:

• Digital X-ray
• MRI
• CT scan

In fact, it’s these capabilities that allow you to get comprehensive care from start to finish for most of your orthopedic injuries.

What treatments are available?

Restore Orthopedics and Spine Center offers a full array of treatment options and even features an on-site surgery center for repairs. Treatment obviously depends upon your problem, but can include one or more of the following:

• Anti-inflammatory medications
• Bracing, casting, and splinting
• IV hydration with fluids and vitamins
• Pain management injections
• Minor burn treatments
• Steroid injections

The goal of the urgent care is to provide you with immediate relief from your pain, while also giving you the tools necessary for long-term healing.

Do I need an appointment?

The doors of Restore Orthopedics and Spine Center are open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, and you don’t need to make an appointment. If you’d like to call ahead, please do so, but the center welcomes walk-ins during urgent care hours.
