To be fair, I do not know of Dr Carlson abilities as I saw him for 2 min..
I was a worker’s comp referral from my workers comp insurance co..
I had a L5/S1 disc many years back and was having some ongoing issues..
I went on the website watched the video (on how great/caring they were) what stood out was at the end (make sure you get your parking validated... more later).
I had low back/right glut weakness (notice that my right glut) was not contracting causing more strain on the right hip joint… causing pain when I walked, climbed stairs... over time causing wear and tear of the hip joint..
The PA looked at the x-rays (maybe 5 min total) and said it’s your hip joint that’s the problem never addressing my right glute weakness... He fixated on the hip joint, (did a test to show that loss of hip mobility) and never address why my right glute was weak...
I complained to the DR. about the PA assessment… he said he would order a MRI request and would call when it would be scheduled.
It is now 24 days since the last appt and I have not heard from the DR office.. I checked with workers comp (they cleared the request within 2 days of last appt.)
When I went to get parking validated, was informed no validation for Worker Comp patients..

This practice is BROKEN. IVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO EVEN TALK TO SOMEONE TO ADDRESS MY TOTAL INABILITY TO ACCESS CARE. TOTALLY IGNORED LIKE I DIDNT EVEN EXIST.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. HIS STAFF ARE VERY RUDE, HIS STAFF DOES NOT FOLLOW UP OR DO THIER JOBS, I DONT THINK THE DOCTOR HAS A GLUE ON WHAT THIER STAFF DOES OR DOESNT DO. THEY CARELESS ABOUT THE PATIENTS. THE SAD THING IS I DONT THINK THE DOCTOR WILL NEVER KNOW HE LOST A PATIENT DUE TO HIS STAFF, BECAUSE THEY COVER FOR EACH OTHER.

I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend RESTORE orthopedics to anyone who is looking for a spine surgeon. Dr Bederman is AMAZING!! From my first visit up until I had my spinal fusion surgery, Dr Bederman has been professional and he truly cares about his patients. He has never rushed through my appointments and takes his time to explain every option available and explains everything in great detail so that you truly understand everything. I’d also like to put in a good word for Teag Turner who is one of the PA’s and Nick who is the other PA. Both of them are also excellent at what they do and also take their time during appointments. Dr Bederman and his entire staff will take care of you and will make sure you get the care and treatment you need. I’d also like to add that Dr Bederman is NOT one of those Dr’s that will “rush” to do surgery. If HE says you need it then trust me, you need it. He passed on to me what a surgeon passed on to him years ago…”A good surgeon knows when to operate and when NOT to operate”. There is ZERO ego with Dr Bederman and I 100% trust him and his staff completely and would highly recommend him to my family as well. You will not be disappointed when you come to Restore Orthopedic!

Dr. Hasson is amazing. Replaced both my knees, seven weeks apart and was back doing what I love in 8 weeks after the second surgery. I am a High School Baseball Umpire and was able to get back on the field 8 weeks to the day of my second surgery and the best part I was Pain Free. Dr. Hasson and his staff were awesome. They were caring, encouraging and helpful during my recovery. Dr. Hasson was highly recommended by my Physical Therapist at Coury & Buehler in Tustin prior to my seeking a consultation and I am ever glad I did. I was up walking each time the day of my surgeries and only on pain meds for a day or two. Makes me wonder why I waited so long to have it done in the first place.

I would like to add that Dr Ghalambor's office who had an unprofessional attitude, specifically Ms. Sochi Jimenez and her supervisor, who, anticipating Dr. Ghalambor's orders and decisions, they decided not to schedule another surgery for me and sent me to look for another doctor. It is incredible to realize how little importance health and the urgency of surgery for a patient have for them. They should be ashamed of their unconsciousness

This facility does not care about its patients. When I called to get an update about whether they had received the information they needed to proceed with my surgery, I did not get a response. When I finally reached them two days later, I found out they had cancelled my surgery without my consent and tried to blame the cancellation on me. They were not communicative at all and they hung up the phone on me. I am really disappointed with this office there are very unprofessional.

Dr. A Germanovich, from day one, had a great personality. He's never steered me wrong whenever it came to my treatment. I've been seeing him for more then 10 years. Over the last 6 months I had 2 caudal block injections. Oh my goodness they helped my pain tremendously!

Great job Dr. Germanovich - Thank You forever - My Wife has experienced SEVERE back pain for two years. We visited Pain or Pill Doctors, Chiropractors, Spine Doctors, Physical Therapists, Spine Doctors, Acupuncturists all with NO relief. My wife also spent 5 months totally bedridden. Then we were referred to Dr. Andrew Germanovich, and we started on a journey together and after two Ablations and one intradiscal PRP my wife is Pain Free.
Dr. G never lost faith that we had to find the right procedure for my Wife and he did. Thank YOU Dr. G, we thank you FOREVER ---- and he speaks 6 languages.

I was struggling and having disrespectful treatment during my journey with worker's comp company, untill I met with the exceptional orthopedic Dr. Steve Mora
Dr. Mora went above and beyond to provide me with the highest level of respect and care. He put me at ease from the moment he walked into his office with I was waiting for him.
Throughout my appointments, Dr. Mora was attentive and compassionate, taking the time to review my recent MRI & reports, and listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. He thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment options, making sure that I understood every step of the process.
What impressed me most about Dr. Mora, was his dedication to my recovery unlike the previous provider at a different hospital who worked for the worker's comp company' benefits.
In summary, I would highly recommend this orthopedic to anyone in need of exceptional medical care. His expertise, compassion, and dedication to his patients make him a true asset to the field of orthopedics, and I am grateful to have had him during a difficult time.

Dr. Gillman is friendly, informative and extremely efficient. Wait times are short, his staff is wonderful- his assistant, Lourdes was very friendly and reassuring and offered me chocolate :) How can you lose? :) Dr. Gillman allayed my concerns through his extensive knowledge and wonderful reassuring manner.

Since the first visit I knew I was in the right hands with Doctor Carlson and he's staff I had the best treatment and the best result that I could ask for with my Cervical Spinal Fusion on I'm so thankful. Ana Palacios

I was pleased at my follow-up appointment post Si joint injection that I actually got to see Dr Chang. He took time with me and I didn’t feel rushed out the door to empty the room for the next patient.
